5X reviews your application. The onboarding process includes the required agreement, Annual Sponsorship Fee payment, TREC invitation and acceptance, and independent verification of active sponsorship before Command Center activation.

No. Submitting an application does not change your sponsorship. Required agreements, payment, TREC actions, and verification come first.

Existing listings and pending transactions are reviewed individually with the applicable written agreements and current brokerage responsibilities. Coordinate them with 5X before a transfer begins.

Contact the 5X team or submit a support request in Command Center. The published response target is one business day, not a guarantee. Emergencies and legal deadlines should never rely solely on an automated status.

Use your active Command Center account to submit the transaction and supporting documents for broker review. The legacy Google form is discontinued.

Account activation follows completion of onboarding and verification of active TREC sponsorship. Existing users can sign in to see their transactions, notifications, and available tools.
