Submit and review
Apply securely. 5X reviews the information and follows up if clarification is needed.

Sign and complete annual payment
Review the contractor agreement and disclosures, then pay the Annual Sponsorship Fee through the secure payment link.

Begin sponsorship transfer
5X submits the sponsorship invitation through TREC. You accept it through TREC’s online services.

Coordinate active business
Discuss existing listings, pending transactions, advertising, association records, and Dotloop access so each item is handled appropriately.

After sponsorship is independently verified, your account is activated and the operating workflow begins.

Before a transfer begins
An application does not change your sponsorship. Required agreements, payment, TREC actions, and verification come first. Existing listings and pending transactions are reviewed individually with the applicable written agreements and current brokerage responsibilities.

How quickly can I move?
The timing depends on application review, completed agreements and payment, your acceptance of the TREC invitation, independent sponsorship verification, and any active-business issues. We will show the current status rather than promise an artificial timeline.
What happens to my active listings or pending transactions?
They are not assumed to transfer. The applicable agreements, current brokerage responsibilities, client interests, and MLS requirements must be reviewed before any action is taken.
Will I have access to Dotloop Premium?
Yes. Every actively sponsored 5X agent receives access through the brokerage’s Dotloop Premium account. Account setup and any transition of existing records are coordinated during onboarding.
When does Command Center access begin?
Your account is activated after the required onboarding steps are complete and 5X independently verifies active TREC sponsorship.
