Website inquiries

When you contact 5X Realty through this website, we use the information you provide to respond to your request, understand the real estate service you are seeking, and communicate with you about that request.

What we collect

Depending on the form you use, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, general timeline, location or property address, and the message you submit.

How information is shared

We may share an inquiry with a 5X Realty broker, agent, employee, or service provider who needs it to respond or operate the website. We do not sell public-site inquiry information.

Individual agent sponsorship applications

Agent applicants provide additional professional and identity information, including license details, address, brokerage history, association information, signed agreements, payment status, and TREC sponsorship milestones. We use this information to evaluate, document, and administer the individual sponsorship relationship.

Business Entity Sponsorship applications

Entity applicants may provide owner contact and license information, legal and assumed entity names, Texas formation and TREC status, confirmation that an EIN exists, ownership and management descriptions, responsible licensees, production plans, launch timing, and supporting entity documents. We do not request the complete EIN in the public application. Drafts saved without signing in remain associated with the browser session; signed-in applicants may resume drafts connected to their Command Center account.

Public agent profiles

Active sponsored agents may choose to publish a professional profile containing a photo, biography, business contact information, service areas, specialties, languages, and professional or social links. Agents control this information through Command Center and may withdraw publication consent at any time. Public visibility is removed automatically when the associated 5X sponsorship is no longer active.

Sponsored business-entity transaction records

Authorized entity users may submit entity-prepared CDAs, contracts, addenda, amendments, closing information, and related transaction records for broker review and signature. We retain submitted versions, broker decisions, signed documents, signature evidence, and workflow audit history for operational, regulatory, and legal recordkeeping.

Service providers and records

5X Realty uses service providers for website hosting, email delivery, electronic signatures, payments, and related operations. Information may be processed by those providers when needed to deliver their services. We retain records as reasonably necessary for operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and protection of the brokerage and its users.

Google Drive archiving

Authorized 5X Realty management may connect a Google account to archive Command Center transaction documents into specifically selected agent and business-entity folders. The integration uses limited Google Drive access (drive.file), not access to the entire Drive.

We use folder and file metadata to verify destinations, organize document copies, and check that archived files match their originals. Google authorization credentials are stored encrypted on the server. The integration does not automatically change sharing permissions, move or delete existing Drive files, or overwrite archived document versions.

Access may be revoked through the connected Google account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future access by the integration but does not delete previously archived copies or Command Center records. Those records remain subject to 5X Realty’s recordkeeping requirements.

For questions or requests concerning this connection, contact info@5xrealty.com.

Optional Google Drive closing-document discovery

The designated broker may separately authorize read-only Drive metadata access (drive.metadata.readonly) to discover closing paperwork manually saved in agent and business-entity folders. Google grants this metadata permission across files accessible to the connected Google account; it is not a folder-limited permission. Command Center limits its discovery scans to management-approved, verified folders that have been explicitly opted in.

Discovery reads file names, permanent IDs, parent-folder locations, file types, sizes, modification times, version identifiers and available checksums. This separate connection does not authorize file-content downloads, uploads, sharing changes, moves, deletion or overwriting. It does not replace the selected-file archive connection. Each connection can be disconnected or revoked; revoking Google access does not erase previously retained records or reference links.

Discovered closing disclosures, check scans and combined closing/check packets are indexed as management-only references in Command Center. Existing Google Drive sharing remains unchanged. Authorized management reviews uncertain transaction matches and changed versions. Discovery and document linking do not automatically confirm check receipt, bank deposits, funding or payment status. Metadata and review history are retained as reasonably necessary for brokerage operations and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Questions or requests may be directed to info@5xrealty.com.

Payments

Payment-card information entered through a hosted payment page is processed by the payment provider. 5X Realty does not intend to collect complete card numbers through its own website forms.

No representation created

Submitting an inquiry does not create a brokerage relationship or representation agreement. Any representation must be established separately in writing when required.
